• Committee responsibilities shall be those normally associated with the committee (see the Constitution Article VIII - Committees).

 
• Duties of the Auditing Committee will include auditing the financial records and other records of individuals entrusted with Society monies or property at a time immediately prior to the annual meeting and certify accuracy of said books to the membership at the annual meeting. The Auditing Committee will also conduct any special audits requested by the Executive Committee or membership.

 
• The Awards Committee shall be responsible for society awards which may include the following: (a) Distinguished Service (b) Graduate Student (c) Industry, and (d) Research, or (e) Education Awards plus special awards as may be designated by the Executive Committee or membership.
