• Cause the spirit of the constitution and the decision of the Executive Committee to be carried out.

 
• Preside at all meetings of the Society and Executive Committee.

 
• Appoint all committee chairpersons except chairpersons of the Program and Award Committees and all other members of standing and special committees where vacancies occur with approval of the Executive Committee.

 
• When the Executive Committee is not in session, the President shall have general charge and supervision of the affairs of the Society subject to the rules and policies set by the Executive Committee.

 
• Approve all expenditures of the Society
