• The executive Committee shall conduct all the business of the Society not reserved by theConstitution or members or committees.
• The Executive Committee shall have the entire control of the affairs and policies of the Society between meetings.
• The Executive Committee shall meet as needed between annual meetings of the Society.
• The Executive Committee shall take action as may be in the best interest of the Society and refer such matters as may be required to the next meeting of the Society.
• Determine annual membership dues.
